TEAM led a Technical Study and Market Intelligence Mission to Guangzhou with a delegation of 20 members from 10 – 13 December 2025. The mission led by Mr Chris Tan coincides with the 25th Shunde (Lunjiao) China Wood Working Machinery Expo (12 – 15 December 2025).
The expo showcased many woodworking machines suitable for finger-jointing, mouldings, multiple sawing, etc. The exhibitors invited interested members to their factories nearby for more detailed introduction to their machinery.
Apart from the visit to the Expo, TEAM made arrangements for its members to visit Mu Tou Yun, an ERP company in Dongguan, which offers an AI cloud-based system for the timber sector. It is a powerful tool which could be seriously considered to digitalize documentation and reduce redundancy in the timber trade. The company also offers raw materials and innovative 1-stop solutions for home furnishing and decor.
TEAM also visited a large-scale international furnishing manufacturer, Gainwell, that provides prestige furnishing solutions for international hotels. The delegation visited a huge wooden door manufacturer, Fu Men Wood Products Manufacturer, which shared the amazing feature of wood for the manufacturing of fire-rated doors. The delegation visited large scale wood market and Louvre furniture mall featuring impressive furniture.
TEAM extended its appreciation to the organizer of the 25th Shunde (Lunjiao) China Wood Working Expo for its invitation and coordination to facilitate the visits by TEAM.
