TEAM held its 70th AGM in Glenmarie Hotel & Golf Resort on 25 April 2025.
Mr Chua Song Fong, President, presented the updates on the possible listing of Keruing (Apitong) and Shorea spp under CITES appendices.
Mr Leonard Chew, Vice President of TEAM announced that TEAM’s 70th Anniversary Gala Dinner will be held on 8 August 2025 at the Grand Imperial Pinnacle Sunway.
Mrs Noraihan Abd Rahman, CEO of MTC, shared updates on the current trade issues, market information and MTC Financing Programme which drawn many members’ interest. Guests from MTIB, MTCC, Forestry Department, FRIM were present as well as Mr George Yap, President of MTA.
The event ended with a Get-Together dinner.
